| Hänel DualDrive®
– Double the performance |
| Hänel, the inventor of the extractor double container placement, has perfected this system and unveiled the Hänel Lean-Lift® in DualDrive® design for the first time at CeMAT 2008. |
| While the operator picks items from the first requested container, the second is already positioned on the extractor. The Hänel DualDrive® extractor is moved so that the free extractor segment is positioned right behind the access point. |
Once processing on the first container is completed, it is moved horizontally straight back onto the extractor and buffered there. |
| With a minimal downward movement, the next container is brought to access height in seconds... |
...making it instantly ready for processing by the operator. |
| The new Hänel Lean-Lift® in DualDrive® design boosts orderpicking performance substantially. Pick lists with articles stored on different containers can be processed at a considerably higher speed. |
| This saves time and therefore costs! |
